She completed a rotation at South Nassau Community Hospital in which she worked closely with the medical team on the Cardiac Unit and Critical Care Unit. This experience allowed her to accrue a comprehensive skill set working with those post-cardiothoracic surgery while on cardiac precautions. Kaitlin has experience working within an inpatient rehabilitation setting at Parker Jewish Rehabilitation Center, in which she evaluated and treated various orthopedic and neurological diagnoses.

To round out her clinical education, she completed 2 outpatient orthopedic rotations in which she focused on learning and applying treatment approaches focusing on assessment and restoration of functional movement. This specific approach is known as “One80”, which focuses on the nerve-muscle relationship and the effect of neuromuscular inhibition on functional movement. Last, but not least, she is trained in the utilization and application of various taping techniques that act to facilitate healing or prevent future injury.
