Rashi became interested in physical therapy through a deep fascination with how the human body moves, heals, and adapts. Her own experiences recovering from injuries—and witnessing the profound impact that skilled physical therapists had on her recovery—sparked a passion for the profession. She quickly realized that helping people regain strength, confidence, and independence was something she felt deeply connected to. The combination of science, problem-solving, and meaningful human connection ultimately led her to pursue a career in physical therapy.

Rashi is especially passionate about working with athletes and active individuals recovering from sports injuries, as well as post-operative patients working to safely return to their daily routines. She also enjoys helping individuals living with chronic pain improve their quality of life through movement-based, evidence-driven strategies. In addition, she works with performance-focused clients who want to optimize their strength, mobility, and overall physical potential. Rashi thrives when working with motivated individuals who value a collaborative and guided approach to recovery.

Her approach to patient care blends clear communication, hands-on treatment, and individualized, goal-driven plans of care. Rashi takes the time to understand each patient’s story—not just their symptoms—so that treatment can be tailored to their lifestyle, priorities, and long-term goals. She places strong emphasis on patient education so individuals understand the “why” behind their treatment, while focusing on functional movement that translates directly to everyday activities. Her clinical approach combines evidence-based techniques with manual therapy and personalized strategies that help patients progress with confidence.

Patients working with Rashi can expect a supportive, upbeat, and collaborative environment. She is deeply invested in helping people feel heard, empowered, and confident throughout their rehabilitation journey. From the very first session, Rashi focuses on building trust, establishing clear goals, and creating a personalized plan that feels achievable and motivating. She celebrates the small wins along the way while always keeping the bigger picture in mind—helping patients return to the activities, movement, and lifestyle they love.
