Armando’s path to physical therapy began pretty simply: the people around him were getting older, and many were quietly accepting pain and limitations as normal. After transitioning into the profession later in life, he chose to become a Physical Therapist so he could be a resource for his family, friends, and community — helping them stay strong, capable, and independent as the years move forward.
As a new parent, Armando feels especially connected to working with moms and dads who want to rebuild strength and energy so they can show up for their families. He understands the physical demands of caring for a child, managing long days, and trying to prioritize health in the middle of a busy life. His goal is to help parents feel confident in their bodies again.
He also enjoys working with young athletes returning from major knee surgeries, particularly those eager to get back to basketball or volleyball.
Armando’s approach centers on communication and clear goals. Patients can expect thoughtful adjustments, consistent check-ins, and a collaborative plan designed around what matters most to them — with the occasional story about his chubby baby, Sebby.
