Love the customer service I got from Megan at the front desk since I started going to therapy. She always kept up with my case , called back & made sure I was situated with my appointments. I pass ProMet physical therapy in Kew Gardens every day in the mornings and afternoons. When I hurt my hip my doctor said I needed a place for physical therapy so I decided to call. My first day at the Kew Gardens office it's super clean, friendly staff, great environment, and great music. This is when I met Daniel and right away he was able to diagnose a few issues with hip. The session after the first meeting, the staff at ProMet have been able to help alleviate the issues with my hip and improve my mobility. I cannot thank Daniel enough and his staff on how much he's helped me to feel better. I would 100% recommend to anyone who needs PT to go to ProMet in Kew Gardens.

I came to Promet back in October 2019 with a torn ACL in my right knee as well as a minor meniscus tear. Christian has been my PT and he is truly amazing and knowledgeable, he not only gave me exercises to do but he explains why and what muscles the exercise targets which was very important to me as i asked a lot of questions. I came to ProMet not sure what to expect and with surgery in the back of my mind but thanks to Christian and the staff i feel even stronger and more confident then before my accident, and no longer see the need for surgery. Very happy and thankful to have chosen this facility and recommend them 100%!
