Promet is the most professional and welcoming PT practice I have ever been to. I came to Promet in April because I had scoliosis surgery two months before. I came in being very limited with what I could do and how well I could move. Right from the start my physical therapist, Abin, gave me the proper exercise that were at the right level for me to be able complete. I felt progress every week that went by and I was able to do more challenging exercises. I play hockey and I was able to get back on the ice within 2 months of being at Promet and they helped me through every step of the way. The amazing group of therapists that helped me through this were Abin, Christina, Giancarlo, Nicole, Courtney and Alex. Everyone was so helpful including the people at the front desk and the owner Ryan who keeps everything together. Abin would always tell me how difficult it is to get back to sports from scoliosis surgery and it was thanks to him and the Promet team for getting me there.

I have had the pleasure of visiting ProMet Physical Therapy which is honestly an outstanding physical therapy center, and I am thoroughly impressed with the experience. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted warmly by the welcoming staff who demonstrated genuine care and professionalism. The environment is clean, modern, and well-organized, creating a comfortable and motivating space for recovery. Special recognition goes to my therapist, Brian, whose expertise, dedication, and compassionate approach made all the difference. Brian took the time to thoroughly understand my needs, explained the treatment plan clearly, and motivated me throughout my sessions. His skill and attention to detail contributed significantly to my progress. The Heavens aligned to put together a team of the most dedicated and caring professionals I have ever had the good fortune to meet! I’ve only been coming to ProMet for a few weeks, so I’m still learning names, but honestly I could just say that EVERYONE here…Sruu, Teddy, Eli, Nadir, two Brians, Katie, Halle, Nicole…have not only demonstrated their knowledge and expertise, but shown me the kindest concern for my recovery and well-being. I began my journey to wellness with Sruu, and through her advice and careful demonstrations, she has already brought me to a level of fitness I had begun to suspect was out of my reach. I cannot stop telling family and friends about this exceptional group, and have already recommended ProMet to a neighbor. I had previously been to a different PT practice that had me in and out after a 1/2 hr session…barely enough time to warm up! Not the case here. You are nurtured, and carefully led through a thorough workout, skillfully designed to restore you to optimal functionality. I’m truly beyond grateful to everyone here!

The staff are kind, they help you through the annoying insurance companies when they give you less visits. My therapist Mina and Brian are well trained and knowledgeable in their expertise. They helped me jump and do many things I didn't think I can do post knee injury.

The entire staff, front desk to interns and therapists, were personable, approachable, and professional. It is a very busy atmosphere but I never felt ignored waiting for instuctions on the next exercise. Highly recommend to all.

Such an amazing facility truly! Everyone here truly cares for you to get back to a place you can enjoy life. I've always experienced anxiety especially after my surgery with exercising but they made it so easy to learn new things and understand what I was feeling. The care here is great big shout out to Brian, Abin, Halle and just everyone who was apart of my journey. Huge shoutout to reception as well always super flexible with work schedule. If you're looking for a great physical therapy place Pro Met is the place!!

This team is amazing and I want to particularly shout out Brian. The care, positivity and motivation Brian puts into each of my sessions is truly outstanding. It’s been challenging to deal with shoulder issues but I look forward to every session as I leave with better morale and mobility.

I can’t say enough great things about this place! Pro Met has been a huge game changer for me! I was feeling very frustrated having been with another Physical therapist for months and seeing hardly any progress. It was a complete 180 switching to Pro Met. It’s so encouraging and exciting to see progress and start to feel better. I’ve worked mostly with Brian and Nicole who are both superb, but the whole team is extraordinary. They do a great job of making a very personalized approach for all patients care while fostering a very welcoming and positive environment. If you need PT this is hands down the perfect place!

I came here after my surgery for my lateral meniscus. I worked with Antiono. He and everyone else helped recover very fast within 4 months got me playing ball again. The staff and the people here are very nice and make a positive atmosphere. Recommend here very much.

I’ve been a customer at Pro Met for over a year and I always have a great experience working with the professionals. The office staff is very friendly and they provide great service to their clients.
I’ve worked with many therapists including Brian, Antonio, Michael, and Vikas. They have all helped me recover from any injury.

I've been going here since February, and my first visit went amazing, the front desk helped me schedule next apt's and once i went to the back I was instantly evaluate and started to work towards my recovery.
Katie has been working with me to help me recover from my back injury & sciatica, and i've been seeing such great results since! Her and the staff who work on the 4-5 shift are awesome, and i'm so glad I came here to get the help I need!

ProMet came highly referred to me and now I know why! I started working with them to heal an injury. Antonio was awesome and had me pain free and moving as I was prior to my injury. All of the staff is extremely attentive, knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. Everyone works as a team here. The hours are very flexible and scheduling was a breeze. The front desk staff make everything seamless! I continue to work with Brian through the BuildU program each week to meet my health and fitness goals. Brian is extremely knowledgeable, motivating, and keeps me on track. I haven't often been successful with workout regimens until I came to ProMet. In only a few months I have improved my fitness level beyond what I thought I was capable of. Brian makes my workouts fun yet challenging and tailors them to help me reach my fitness goals. I always leave ProMet feeling accomplished. Definitely recommend ProMet whether it is for rehabilitating an injury or personal fitness. I have been to other physical therapists and personal trainers in the past and no one else measures up to ProMet. Their staff and service is unmatched!
